Serving in Istanbul, Op. Dr. Gökhan Semerci is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist with over 11 years of surgical experience. Focusing particularly on combined body contouring surgeries and breast aesthetics, Dr. Semerci offers personalized surgical planning to patients from Turkey and various countries around the world.
Dr. Semerci, who completed his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, one of Turkey's deep-rooted medical schools, achieved significant success by ranking 35th in Turkey in the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS). He completed his Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialization training at Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine.
Having performed hundreds of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery operations throughout his 11+ years of professional experience, Dr. Semerci has extensive experience in abdominoplasty, 360° body contouring, liposuction, and combined body surgeries, as well as breast lift, reduction, implant, and revision breast surgeries.
Supporting his professional development with international training, Dr. Semerci received advanced microsurgery training in Switzerland. Today, he continues to evaluate his patients and perform his surgical operations in his clinic in Istanbul.

Within the scope of Mommy Makeover, I perform tummy tuck, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, and liposuction. I create a personalised treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs.
I am a graduate of Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine and have been working as a plastic surgeon for 11 years. I received advanced microsurgery training in Switzerland and am a member of ISAPS and TPRECD.
It is recommended to plan the operation after completely stopping breastfeeding and once your body has stabilised — typically 6–12 months after birth.
The operation, anaesthesia, hospital stay, 5-star hotel accommodation, VIP airport transfers, interpreter support, and remote post-operative follow-up after you return home. No hidden fees.
We recommend 5–10 days including the day of the operation. After 1 night in hospital you transfer to the hotel; you can return home after the discharge check-up.
Mild pain, swelling and discomfort after surgery is normal. I provide prescription pain relief and detailed care instructions to make this period as comfortable as possible.
A typical Mommy Makeover combines tummy tuck, breast augmentation or lift, and liposuction. It is performed under general anaesthesia and takes 3–5 hours; procedures are tailored to individual needs.
