1987 yılında Denizli’de dünyaya geldi. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimini Denizli’de tamamladı. Lise eğitiminin ardından İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi’nde tıp eğitimine başladı. Üniversite mezuniyetinin ardından Plastik Cerrahi branş eğitimini İstanbul Üniversitesi Çapa Tıp Fakültesi’nde aldı ve burada Plastik Cerrahi Asistanlığı yaptı. Ordu Devlet Hastanesi, Giresun Özel Ada Hastanesi gibi kurumlarda görev yapan Semerci, son olarak İstanbul International Plus Clinic’te Plastik Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Uzmanı olarak görev yaptı. 10 yılı aşkın plastik cerrahi tecrübesine yüzlerce operasyon sığdıran Dr. Gökhan Semerci ileri seviyede İngilizce konuşuyor. İsviçre’de Mikro Cerrahi üzerine ileri seviyede eğitim alan Gökhan Semerci, bu süreçte kendi kişisel gelişiminin yanı sıra yeni Plastik Cerrahi hekimlerinin eğitiminde de rol üstlendi. Kişisel ve mesleki gelişime oldukça önem veren Dr. Semerci yurtiçi ve yurtdışında çesitli konferans ve egitimlere katilarak hem kendi mesleki gelişimine hem de yeni plastik cerrah hekimlerinin mesleki gelişimine katkida bulunmustur. Surekli kendini yenileyen ve geliştiren Dr. Semerci aynı zamanda ailesiyle vakit gecirmeye önem veren ceşitli spor dalları ile ilgilenen yenilikçi ve dinamik bir hekimdir.
